This 2 bedroom 2 bath home has been completely updated throughout. The large living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings and tall windows which let in tons of natural light. Renter’s insurance is required which includes liability to landlord insurance. Tenant(s) will be charged $15 per month if they do not maintain renter’s insurance.

There is a non-refundable $50.00 application processing fee.
