Parking is due to not enough options for covered parking in my specific area. Parking elsewhere is scary as I often get off work late and it is very dark in the area. Also, Even though a fairly safe area, I do have concerns parking too far from my Apt. Overall, I am satisfied with everything else. Included electricity is what brought me back here for my 3rd time. I also LOVE the privacy screens that have been added too!!
