The would be great for a home office, or kids gaming room. All appliances are included as well. Incredible amenities in the Estrella Mountain Ranch subdivision are yours to use for just a one time $100 fee. Those include two lakes, walking / biking trails, pools, and a great gym! Awesome Troon managed golf course also located in the community. $20 mthly admin fee, $1900 security deposit, $400 cleaning deposit. Tenant must provide proof of tenant insurance. NO PETS
