1 pet is allowed, but screening is required. $350 nonrefundable pet fee.
Each tenant over 18 must complete his/her own application, but only after viewing the house.
Co-signers: Only available to active students. A co-signer must make 7x the monthly rent before taxes and have a minimum of 700 credit score.
