- Proof of renter's liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $300,000 (covering damages to the rental property caused by the tenant)
**Pet Policy:**
- Pets are allowed upon approval.
- Additional fee of $45/month for one pet or $60/month for two.

Pets are allowed upon approval of the property manager.
IF A PET IS APPROVED, TENANT MUST PAY THE FOLLOWING AT SIGNING: (1) 1 MONTH'S WORTH OF PET RENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50 PER PET. (2) AN ADDITIONAL $300 DEPOSIT.
