1303 N. Cedar St - This is a 2 bed room 2 bath house located in Foley. Property has a sun room with patio off of it. Bonus room that can be sued as an office or guest room. Appliances included are Stove, oven and dishwasher. Washer/ dryer hook-ups. Large workshop in back available for tenant use. Front and back yard are very large. Parking in drive. Small dogs ok with a $250 non refundable fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit.

All applicants must meet all requirements:
• Everyone 19 and older that will be living in the home, must apply. ($50.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant.)
• 600 or better credit score is required.
• 2 years of rental history or tax records of home ownership with on-time payments are required.
• Pet fee $250.00 per pet (non-refundable)
• No landlord collections or evictions will be accepted.
• Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not rent the home.
• Income must be 3 times the monthly rent. EX: $1500 per month rent would require an income of $4500
• Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred.
• Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years.
• Co-signers must meet all the criteria
• Applications are approved in completion order. An email determination letter will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Each pet profile is $15 per pet. All service animal forms must be submitted through pet screening.
