The noise from the third floor residents is disturbing and sometimes you feel like when you speak about how they could be more understanding and try to keep the noise down but they don’t. It’ll probably be for a few days then back at it again. The floor boards are loud and squeaky you can hear every walk in the master bedroom, them getting on and off their beds. The noise is my main concern and how weak the floors sound. The area is wonderful, the maintenance is great from what I experienced. Management is also understanding but they could handle noise complaints a little better. I would stay longer if the noise complaints would be considered and not looked over.
