Verified residentReview source: verified residentIncentivizedThe apartments are located in a great area with low to no crime and family friendly parks nearby. However, the unit I live in currently has a problem with cockroaches in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room which is the entire apartment. I had incidents where the roaches got in the bed. The management team handled my situation very poorly to my opinion given the situation I was in at that time with a newborn baby. I wanted to get out of that lease very badly because I didn’t feel comfortable living there anymore. I had to bring a separate company of pest control and pay out of pocket to manage the infestation. This is my experience and I wouldn’t recommend this apartments to anyone specially with kids. I cannot wait for my lease to be over so I can move.
