Pool has been down since we moved in (June 2024), Received an email about “new sheriff” in town and porches need to be clean including toys, towels and no bbq pits, we where not advised of this upon moving in and haven’t been sent any updates to the lease agreements stating these new terms, if you didn’t remove the bbq pit you would be faced with a removal fee. Yet many apartments still have them in-front Instead of worrying about actual issues such as rusting stairs, cracked and messed up sidewalks, roaches, lack of ventilation in the apartments while cooking. Whenever you cook in the apartments the smoke is so bad causing all smoke detectors to go off, due to no sort of ventilation of fan system, very bad for those who have asthma,it is causing nightly asthma attacks with family members. There are so many bigger issues than the bbq pits in the front of the apartments.

Been here since March and it’s August now. The pool still has not been fixed. I’ve asked multiple times and given a corporate number but no one ever answers. Shame the pool that should be included is out of service. Also dislike how expensive the washer and dryer is. Some of them do not even work efficiently. Apparently pest control comes every month but there still are bugs regularly.
