3.0 / 5Overall rating 3.0 out of 5
There are a couple of unresolved issues with the unit that management and maintenance haven’t been able to fix. The master bedroom and its attached bathroom/closet are consistently at least 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the apartment. Maintenance suggested closing one of the living room vents and adding blackout curtains to redirect airflow—I’ve done both, but the temperature issue remains. The laundry area is also poorly ventilated. If the dryer isn’t used for a few days, it builds up moisture inside to the point that rust forms. It also takes multiple cycles to dry even a small load of laundry. Maintenance supposedly checked it while we were away, but we received no follow-up and the problem still hasn’t been addressed.
