When I moved in the apartment was filthy. The complex somewhat made it right but not without a lot of emails. The trash service is unreliable and you have to pay for it regardless. The pool and grill area has been closed for maintenance for 2 months. The office staff are really nice I just don’t think there is much they can do with the bigger problems due to upper management.
