I have been over-charged and had to sit down with the manager to break down costs and explain to her why I was being overcharged. We are forced to pay like $25 a month for trash valet that you can not opt out of. You share a water and sewage bill with your whole building. I'm rarely home, yet paying

Also, most of my outlets don’t work. I have to use my water pick in my kitchen. The carpet never got cleaned and I would really like out of my lease
