Pet Friendly 3 bedroom w/ Attached Garage in Albany! - This pet friendly, single level 3 bedroom home features a mixture of wood and tile floors, two storage sheds, and a large yard. All appliances, water heater, and furnace are electric. Washer/Dryer hookups available. Lawn maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant. All utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Your net income (the amount you take home) must equal 3 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must take home 3 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted. Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income. You must have a positive rental history of at least one year. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check. Pet friendly! (breeds restrictions apply). Dogs allowed with an average adult weight limit of 50lbs. Cats allowed. Pets allowed with additional deposit of $500 per pet and additional rent $50/mo per pet
