Filter Easy (REQUIRED-if it applies to the property): Enrollment in Filter Easy program $10 per month (unless property does not have filters). Appropriately sized HVAC filters delivered every 3 months for tenant to change out.
SMART LOCK Access (REQUIRED-if it applies to the property): Enrollment in Smart Lock program initial one-time fee of $100 at move-in and $5 per month. Tenants will have access to digital keyless entry and control through app.
