Verified residentMany residents, including myself, have had a lot of problems since moving into this apartment complex. First, there have been multiple instances of lost mail, and management consistently says they can’t do anything about it. Additionally, water bills were normal for the first two months but then suddenly became unbelievably high, about ten times more. Despite numerous complaints from many residents, management just says they’ll ask Conservice to look into it, but nothing ever changes. Overall, the management is unhelpful and doesn’t address our concerns. I wouldn’t recommend living here.
