An application fee of $45 will be required for eviction and criminal history checks.
A documented income requirement of 3.5 times yearly rent (roughly $94k) must be met to be accepted.
The security deposit is one month's rent, extra security is required for accepted pets and various rental history circumstances.
This home is owned and operated by a small family business, you'll be dealing with the owners directly for all your needs. It is not owned by a large mega-corporation, whose employees have no interest in helping you.
You'll be treated like family in this well-cared-for home. If you've rented from large mega-corporations before, you'll see why it is much better to rent and deal with the actual owners and not some random employees.
