Verified residentReview source: verified residentI kept finding bugs when I moved, they did come and spray for the bugs and that did help. There seems to always been so sort of screaming or shouting mostly at night. There are leaks that just showed up out of nowhere.Things have started to stop working. Even though they said it was a smoke free building it smelled really bad of cigarettes when we moved in.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentOffice staff, maintenance & regional manager knew I had mold and SEVERAL other code enforcement issues & chose to LIE about them all. Instead of owning up to the issues within the apartment, and not immediately honoring their 14 satisfaction guarantee where I could have transferred to another unit, which they had, or another Bexley property…I had to immediately come up with another home to go to. This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Liars, unprofessional and will find any and every reason to keep your deposit. Karma will find you all and you’ll pay for all that you’ve done. Not only to me, but everyone else who was screwed and scammed by your company.
