**Application Requirements:**
Please have verifiable income ready to upload to your Rent Butter application. You must provide ALL of your most current and consecutive pay stubs dated within the last 2 months. If you do not include the requested 2 months of income, you will need to reapply.

**Pet Policy:**
- A limit of 2 pets per unit.
- You must provide rabies vaccination documentation for each pet at lease signing.
- Pets must adhere to breed and size restrictions: maximum weight of 20 pounds. (No Pitbulls or Pit mixes, Rottweilers, or German Shepherds.)

We ask that you meet with the Property Manager before submitting your application to discuss any questions you may have about income, criteria, previous landlords, credit checks, and criminal history.

If you are self-employed, you must demonstrate how you pay yourself from your business and verify your income using the bank account verification option during the application process.

Current outstanding debts, utilities, and other financial obligations will be considered in the approval process. We may request an additional deposit based on financial capability.

We require a gross income of three times the monthly rent and do not accept applicants with felonies. Misdemeanors within the last 5 years will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be requested. We do not accept applicants with evictions that occurred within the last 3 years. Every individual over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must complete an application.
