At our community, we take great pride in maintaining our properties to the highest standard possible. As part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents, we require that everyone carries liability insurance ($100,000) to cover any damage to the landlord's property during the term of their lease.

We understand that insurance can be a complex and confusing topic, which is why we offer two straightforward options to meet this lease requirement. Option 1 is to sign up for Renter's Insurance and provide proof of coverage. This is a great choice if you want more comprehensive coverage that also protects your personal belongings and offers additional living expense benefits.

Option 2 is even easier - simply do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in our Resident Liability Insurance Program. The monthly premium will be added to your rent, so you don't have to worry about a separate payment. The coverage provided by our program meets the minimum requirements of the lease and includes damage caused by fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge or sewer backup up to $100,000. Additionally, coverage includes damage to windows and doors regardless of the cause of loss.

It's important to note that our policy does not cover your personal belongings for all causes of loss, nor does it include additional living expenses, or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. If you require any of these coverages, you should contact an insurance agent or insurance company of your choice and sign up for a Renter's Insurance (HO-4) Policy.
