We're excited to offer a recently renovated, one bedroom, one bathroom unit in the great neighborhood of Dutchtown, available starting 8/10/2023. This unit is close to parks, schools, shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. It features brand new flooring, appliances, cabinets, vanities, central air, and more. Laundry/dryer is provided in the basement. We're also a very pet-friendly company.

The monthly rent for this unit is $750, with a one-month security deposit (dependent on applicant). Utilities may be in addition to rent on a monthly basis. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $50 credit and background check.

All of our PMI St. Louis Metro residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $35/month. The package includes HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, utility concierge service, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! As a condition of our lease, we require all residents to carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlord's property during the term of their lease. To satisfy this requirement, you have two options. Option 1 is to sign up for Renter's Insurance and provide proof of coverage. Option 2 is to do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in our Resident Liability Insurance Program and pay the monthly premium together with rent.

The application fee is $50 per adult applicant and $35 per adult over 18 years old.
