I pay $2,350 per month and I’ve had a new furnace, a flooded closet, water damaged clogged drains in bathroom with someone sewage in my bathtub, new microwave, dogs barking constantly, security isn’t actually here on the weekends, secure doors that they leave unlocked, this place is a dump. Management just says “sorry about that” is you’re lucky. Lost packages- someone else’s flowers delivered INTO MY UNIT while I was not home, stinks like pot, oven smells like gas but they can’t smell it, thermostat was replaced 3 times and now only one button works on it, fire alarms go off for hours on a Saturday morning or whenever randomly have had to evacuate twice in the last 2 months
