Verified residentReview source: verified residentI moved in two months ago, and never got working central air. The maintenance manager did bring me a floor unit, after I told the office I would not leave the office until maintenance came, as me and my cat had been living in 80-85 degrees in the apartment for almost two weeks. Running the air conditioner floor unit takes a lot of electricity, so much that I ran a hair dresser in the hallway socket, and it caused a power outage in the bedroom, hallway and bathroom. This is an issue, because one of the reasons I chose to rent here was the promise of being able to have a washer and dryer here. From my unit to the parking lot is 18 steps, which I go up and down each week with laundry. It would be nice to be able to have gotten some cool air in the living room, but there are no screens on the patio sliding door. Also, the walls are very thin, so there is not much privacy. However, the apartments are new, and I absolutely like that, and the office has different events for the tenants to enjoy. They also have computers, a pool, and grills to use. The neighbors have been friendly, and the mailbox area has an outgoing mailbox. I also like the all the units have private entrances.
