Verified residentReview source: verified residentNo heat for a month, floor boards coming up in kitchen, dishwasher and fridge dirty, tub and bathroom sink clogged up, fire alarm on counter not working, mice, property manager harassing me about dog and paperwork but can’t bring me keys to mailbox or laundry room I’ve asked several times. I am very upset about the treatment I am receiving from your property management. Considering contact in a lawyer and also called the press.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentCapital Crossing Apartments is deceitful and misleading. Management all the way down to Maintenance is a joke. I moved in on 11/13/25, and I still do not have a working Stove, a new Garbage Disposal because Roaches were crawling from the one that I have, my Bathroom door has been removed and until this I still do not have a door, my bedroom Windows does not open and it's a really COLD DRAFT that comes in, they Roaches, there was a Roach in my Refrigerator, a Roach apparently was in my bed and bit me, I left a cup with some juice in it overnight sitting on my Nightstand, and I woke up to an adult dead Roach in my cup. Need I say more? So please ease Run Run Run as far as you can from Capital Crossing Apartments
