The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is actually a 3rd floor for a large bedroom - office etc. You walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor from a private side door. There is the bathroom, eat in kitchen and three additional rooms. The very first room has stairs going to the 3rd floor large room. Being in a commercial area there is tons of parking. Tenant pays gas and electric and owner pays for the water. Tenant must get renters insurance. Application fee is $40 per person over 18 living in apartment. No Pets
