Hello! Looking for subletters for a really great 2nd floor apartment off of Beacon St in Somerville. Sublet begins March 1 (flexible), ends at termination of lease Aug 31 (could also re-sign lease with landlord for next year). Now has CENTRAL AIR! There are up to 3 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom could be office or dining room. Especially front rooms get lots of natural light, entire place has high ceilings and bay windows. Kitchen with space for small eat-in table, spacious bathroom, sunny living room and laundry in basement (coin-op, and Big covered porch in the back (no grilling). There is also laundry mat 2 min walk away. Street parking only.
I have lived in this apartment for over 7 years and am sad to leave it (we are buying). The location is excellent, 2 min walk to Whole Foods, close walk to multiple coffee shops and all the restaurants and small businesses Inman and Union Squares have to offer, also 15 min walk to Harvard and not much further to MIT. Buses to take you to the red line subway (Harvard, Central or Porter Squares) or a 15-20 min walk to each. Also buses to the orange line, Sullivan Square.
Will have to fill out application with landlord even though its a sublet. for entire place + utilities. Landlord doesnt typically allow pets. Asking for first month and security before move-in.
Send questions if you have them or want to come see the place - thank you! Kara
