Staff has been friendly and helpful. Maintenance guys are polite and do a great job. I'm disabled, other than a few rude tenants parking in handicapped spots we haven't had any issues. Its an older complex, so I knew coming in I was trading more modern appliances and fixtures for lower rent. I was OK with that. So its exactly what I was looking for.
