A $40 Application Fee and Background Check Fee are non-refundable, so please ensure you meet our minimum requirements before applying. Currently, this property is not available for tenants with:
• an income less than 3.0x rent (students must have a guarantor with an income of 5x rent)
• a housing voucher,
• a judgement or eviction less than 5 years old,
• any accounts in collections in excess of $500, not including medical or student debt
