Application:
Background check, eviction history and credit check is $55. We’ll only need money from you if you’re the party planning on moving into the house.

To move in:
We’ll take the 1st month + security deposit (price of a month’s rent) before you move in.

Pets and smoking policy:
Any kind of pet is fine + pet deposit of $200. No smoking.
