I moved in on December 23rd, so I’ve lived here for 2 weeks. In my time here I have had a good experience overall. Maintenance is timely and efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful, the building is well kept, the amenities are great and the location is spectacular. There are only a few pain points that are easily rectified. They are in the middle of transitioning management, so there was some confusion at my time of move in regarding the set up of my alarm system as well as how much was due at move in. Other than that I really can’t think of anything else, these are minor issues that will hopefully be resolved once they’ve completed their transition and it in no way made me regret my decision to live here. So far I am loving my new apartment and look forward to living here for a long time.

Everything is great. But they use community wifi and you cant get your own internet. That means there is no ethernet. The port you plug your internet to is an access point so essentially wifi. This is terrible for gaming and work if you need consistent stable internet
