It includes all new kitchen appliances, eat-in kitchen and dual zone wine cellar. This unit is located near the community pool and hot tub along with guest grilling stations and shuffleboard. The clubhouse has a fitness center, sauna, library and ice machine. The unit sleeps up to 4 and is located in a 55+ community (one person must be at least 55 years of age to rent).

There is also separate wine and beer refrigerator along with everything you need to make that perfect cocktail in the evening or to enjoy a special, local beer.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has a walk in closet with plenty of space for all of your clothing along with a private bathroom.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both showers in the 2 bathrooms are walk ins, without tubs.

Walk down 2 buildings in the complex to the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch the boats go by or throw a line in the water and catch your dinner from the fishing pier.
