This beautiful old south colonial of lovely Chicago brick surrounded by wonderful old oaks, magnolias and camellias and bordered by the bay is waiting for you and your family. The interior is warm and inviting with a generous foyer. Walk left into the living room and right into the family room. Go up a few steps to the kitchen and dining rooms. They have huge views of the shady backyard with the bay in the background. The granite counter tops enhance the beautiful cabinetry. A prep or bar sink is at the end of the island. There is also a planning area with desk and storage. Go upstairs to the bed rooms, 3 of which are very generously sized and the 4th bedroom perfect for a study/office or nursery. The large master has 2 walk-in closets and a sitting area that is also quite large with a bay view.
