Great architectural character in this lovely 1 bedroom. Has new tile in kitchen and Carpet throughout. Eat in kitchen (12.5 x 15.5) with a little office nook area. Very spacious bathroom 10.5 x 7.5. Has a 7.5 x 11' sun room. Large Bedroom with walk in closet and another 8' long closet. Has great walk in attack storage. Lovely sun room! Water, pest control, and garbage is included. Rent is $1050 a month, 1st, last and security. We are looking for no drama tenants. We do a free background check and do not rent to anyone that's been evicted, No one that's been accused of felony in the last five years and no one with violent misdemeanors. I DO NOT EMAIL!!
