We recently moved into Pointe at Siena Ridge. So far, we are pleased with the overall aesthetic and vibe here.
Pointe Siena is a wonderful apartment that meets our needs. We are very impressed with the responsiveness of management and maintenance. The activities here are so amazing! There is always something interesting to do. Occasionally the noise coming from happy feet in the apt above can be heard, but it is not excessive. The location is near all the medical offices we visit, which is a real plus. But that means the location is in an area of local traffic during rush hour. So it's a trade off. We are very pleased with the proximity to shopping, as well.
