Great Home in Great Location! Located in quiet neighborhood that is close to schools and shopping. Freshly painted inside and out. All 3 bedrooms also have new carpet. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has an updated kitchen with newer appliances and flooring. Also features a huge inside utility room with plenty of storage cabinets and washer and dryer hook ups. All this situated on a large fenced yard with lots of room to play. Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or better and must make 3x the rent in Net Income. All adults must apply separately. Pets must be approved prior to applying. One pet under 15lbs. Rent and Administrative Fee of $125 is due on the day of move in.
