    The shrubbery attracts a lot of pests and animals, it invites all sorts of spiders, millipedes and pests into the apartment, the apartment smells of mold or mildew, I’ve been trying everything to ease the smell, maintenance takes forever mowing but the area looks the same. The double parking doesn’t allow for much space to walk or drive in the parking lot esp when there are kids riding there bikes and there’s no space because ppl are parked behind one another in spaces. Overall the complex is quiet and a good value. I really don’t understand why there are so many bushes that aren’t maintained or cut. They are overgrown and but esp attract bugs
