Located in central Loveland just a mile from downtown and near a Walmart Supercenter with convenient access to HWY 34, and 1/4 mile from the Loveland Loop Trail system. The house has been updated inside with new paint, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, and appliances to feel like new! The attached garage provides room for parking and extra storage, and the back of the lot has a huge shared open space.

All kitchen appliances are included, but no clothes washer and dryer.
Tenant will pay for gas and electricity, and water/sewer is included for a flat fee of $50 per month.
Pet Policy:
One pet allowed with a $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent. Please note there is no enclosed yard.

Requirements: Good credit history, 650 or higher credit score, household income at least 200% the annual rent, good landlord references or current home owner, ability to pass a criminal background check. All requirements will be verified.
