    I moved in on 3/14/25, and I did not receive my mailbox key until 4/7/25. Also, all information as a new resident was not provided as I moved in. Maintenance marked incomplete orders as complete without any communication. Management never provided any communication as I moved in. I had to initiate impromptu conversations to meet the manager and to be provided my mailbox key. There have been multiple issues with my name card in my mailbox. Also, an issue about a disturbing neighbor has not been taken care of by the management. And, a called town hall meeting for the apartment complex was not officially conducted.
