This house is very well kept.
Person who lease must maintain the grass and weeds. I’m leaving refrigerator and freezer combo and gas stove and oven. Also the washer and gas dryer and one storage shed. All these appliances are the responsibility for lease holder to repair or replace if any problems a cure while being used.
This house has solar so electric bills have a great savings. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, kitchen open into living room has one ceiling fan. Kitchen has lots of cabinets all new. And lots of granite counter tops, yard is fully fenced in. All ultilities including garbage , internet, tv cable, are the responsibility of the renter lease holder nothing is or will be under the owners name for the duration on the lease. Inspections will be granted to the owner with a three day notice. The community pool will be for the renter after paying for a keycard from management . All rules must be followed. All applicants will have to go through a screening process before being excepted . That fee will be $75.00 no refund.
