The property does not include a garage or storage space, so keep that in mind. The rental price is reflective of the limitations. SDG, Water, Sewer, and Trash are the tenant's responsibility and are billed through RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing Service, and paid with your monthly rent) Renters Insurance and Cable/Internet are also tenant responsibility, but billed through your provider of choice.
