Everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application and will be listed on the lease. We do not accept Zillow applications. All applicants must apply online at FiveOaksPropertyManagement.com. All requested items are to be completed and submitted prior to application being processed. Will give preference to the applicant with the earliest move-in date. Upon notification that your application has been approved, you have 24 hours to sign the lease. Properties are typically held for no more than 14 days. Security deposit and first month's rent to be paid by cashier's check prior to move-in date.
