With a private backyard complete with a grill and patio furniture you can enjoy the California sunshine most of the year. Enjoy the fruit from the trees when it is ready to pick. The in-house washer and dryer makes laundry convenient. Park 2 cars in the driveway and more on the street as needed. There is one permanent wall air conditioner and one portable room air conditioner that can be moved as needed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
