This peaceful abode offers plentiful pleasant spaces including outdoor decking for unwinding after a long day. There are areas to retreat to read a book, enjoy a morning coffee or meditate or to practice yoga or tai chi while looking out over the calming waters and panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay. This bright room has south and west facing windows with views of the patio and garden.

On the entry level are four bedrooms and shared living areas, which include the living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the shared main bathroom with shower. Downstairs are the shared laundry room with washer and dryer for which there are no fees, and two bedrooms.

Our home is located just off Grizzly Peak in a quiet neighborhood just one and a half blocks from Tilden Regional Park. The UC Berkeley campus and Lawrence Berkeley Lab, the UC Botanical Gardens, and CA Memorial Stadium are a short shuttle ride away. The Lawrence Hall of Science is steps from the house.

The room is available beginning December 1st. Rent is $1850/month with utilities included. The lease can’t accommodate pets, use of narcotics, vaping or smokers (of anything).
