Residents are responsible for a $50/monthly Technology Fee. The technology fee covers the SmartRent capabilities such as keyless entries, smart thermostat, ring doorbell, back door sensor, package locker, amenity key fob access.
Covered lot, assigned. Each apartment has one assigned covered parking space included in your rent, and the remainder of the parking is first come first serve. We are happy to let you know we have about 200 spaces for 96-apartments(196-bedrooms). That is a high parking ratio compared to many other communities.
