-All occupants 18 or over are required to complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check
-$30 non-refundable application fee per applicant
-$175 non-refundable lease administration fee due at lease signing

-Minimum credit score is 575 which would require a 2 month deposit
-This property is not available for tenants with a monthly income of less than 3x rent
-Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. 2 pet max. If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $350.00 Pet Administrative Fee per pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee.
