Renters love it here
Maintenance and office staff are very friendly and efficient - best from all the other apartments I've lived in. Community and landscaping is taken well care of on a daily basis. I do wish the gym was a bit bigger and updated (usually strong odor in gym) I don't mind noise too much but definitely can hear neighbors regularly due to the structure of the buildings.
