Verified residentThere is extremely inadequate parking and the staff is not open about it- I was told that I would have a parking spot in 2 weeks before I signed my lease and then after was told maybe 2 or 3 months but was never told that in the meantime I would be having to park illegally and I got my car towed and had to pay $240 to get it back and the staff refused to compensate me. So obviously you can’t invite guests unless you go pick them up. I called the Henrico planning office and was told that there was allowance for 1.4 parking spots per apartment which to me seems crazy.
