Verified residentReview source: verified residentSince I've been here the community up keep hasn't been great. It's very wooded. The trees are extremely overgrown. Haven't been groomed or cut in the only time that they do anything about it if we call and complain. This is something that should be done. Routinely the breezeway should be done. In apartments are not kept up, they need to be powerwashed routinely as well as cleaned on a more regular basis. We have people that live here that waste stuff all on the steps. They don't get it up and these particular apartments have no covering, so no rain or water can rinse that mess down so maintenance.Need to pay close attention to each building and making sure that it is clean in the breezeways from the top floor to the bottom.I've noticed that a lot of work and things that has to be done on the property is only done if you call and say something. The property manager needs to have more knowledge of how to understand and grasp what it is to keep a community taking care of and that is not the case since I've been here. Also the rent is to high for such an old property that is not been taking care of like it should be,that's my thoughts. THANK You
