TENANT RESPONSIBILITES:
Yard maintenance required - Tenants are responsible for all yard care including:

- Weeding, watering (sprinklers in front and back), mowing, and trimming of front, back and side yards.
- Keeping all areas and window wells free of debris.
- Snow removal of public walkway in front of home.

Swamp Cooler and Sprinklers:
- Tenant responsible to winterize and dewinterize swamp cooler and sprinklers each season.

PARKING:
Driveway, 1 car garage and RV parking.

UTILITIES TO BE PAID BY TENANT:
City utilities must be put in tenants name with personal credit or debit card on file with utility companies.

PETS:
Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. rent per pet and $500.00 deposit per pet ($200.00 nonrefundable). No aggressive pets please. Backyard is fenced.
