- All residents are required to complete an animal screening profile through https://midtown360.petscreening.com. This applies to all residents, whether or not they own a pet. · Residents without pets must complete a “No Pet” profile. · Pet owners must create a pet profile and upload current vaccination and vet records. · Residents with service animals or emotional support animals (ESA) must provide appropriate documentation through the same platform. A $30 processing fee will be paid directly to PetScreening for each pet profile. No fee is charged for “No Pet” or assistance animal profiles. Failure to complete the required PetScreening profile may be considered a lease violation The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted at Midtown 360: Doberman, Pitbull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akitas, and Mastiffs. All animals have to be leashed at all times and must be taken to the appropriate animal areas at midtown 360. Animal owners must clean up after animals and animal waste must be disposed of properly. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine per occurrence. Animals are not permitted to defecate on bushes, trees, or sides of buildings.
