Property Details (Fees & Lease)
Standard lease terms are for 12 months, however if you are moving in at a time outside of July-Aug, then the lease may be shorter or longer than 12 months. If this is the case, then the lease will not run past August 10 th as an expiration date. Upon lease expiration should you decide to renew, the lease term will be for 12 months. Pricing, **Specials and Availability are Subject to Change.Please note leases shorter than 12 months often have extra fees.
Must have 3x the rent in total household income (before taxes)
$100 Admin Fee, If applicable $150 Non-refundable pet fee and $150 pet deposit are required for 1 pet and $150 refundable deposit for the 2nd pet, monthly pet rent $10 per pet (must be paid prior to move in). Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with https://hillcountry.petscreening.com. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
Other, unassigned. All resident vehicles must be registered with the office for parking decal. Restrictions apply on number of vehicles per unit.
